3cx templates

I work for a company that installs 3cx and we have a very big client project coming up. 2000 phones. We typically will program the phones out of the box and assign the user set the 24 hour clock, change the light for voice mail and stuff like that. Is there a way that I can set the phone and mac address in the user import document and have the phone automatically grab the config from the t58w template and be done, or do I need to touch every phone.
