You see, perfumes and colognes are formulated to interact and evolve on the journey from top notes to base notes with the natural scents of the body, which are different between biological males and females. Even with medical transition, the pH, assortment of oils, and physical structure of the skin of an individual is different depending on if they are female or male. Add on to this the biological reality that females have much more sensitive olfactory systems, it makes it clear why it is so easy to clock an otherwise flawlessly-passing tranny just with your nose!

Plus, they all have a horrible taste in fragrance, either wearing gross grandma perfumes (MtF) or repulsive teen boy body sprays (FtM). Nonbinaries seem to revel in their natural, unwashed odor.
