Recommendations PLZZ

TLDR if this was your car, would you sell it as is or would you put in the extra thousand dollars in order to get it closer to KBB value?

This is my 2012 Honda Accord l, but I need to sell as soon as possible. However, in the current state that it is in, I am afraid that I am going to get next to nothing for it, even though that there is been no damage to the frame, and the engine has been well-maintained and will run for a hundredk miles + EAZY. I have a friend who does Auto Body work and he said that if I source the rear left door that he would fix everything else wrong with the car for an even $1k. To fix or not to fix that my question to y’all!!
