AITH for meeting my ex for professional purposes

I (M23) recently met up with my ex . She's the only expert that I know in the field that I needed help with (Using an Accounting software). My gf got pissed at me and said I didn't consider how it would make her feel. But I honestly considered it but I couldn't find anybody else in town that wasn't expensive to help me out.
