No Egg/Nest Spawns

I’m currently playing on Single Player Fjordur to practice mutations but when I went out to get deinonychus eggs, there were no eggs or nests to be found anymore. It also reminded me that I never seen or found any Magma eggs either. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? It is really affecting my gameplay.
