Which item set should I use?

I'm trying to get all the steam achievements for this game, I have all the mars ones and a bunch of the earth ones. I have more of the earth achievements than moon, so I'm thinking I want to just focus on the Earth for now (in terms of my equipped items).Should I use:

6.65x (x3 for each set piece) = a 19.95x profit boost to all Earth investments?

or

150% (x3 for each set piece) = a 450% speed boost to all businesses on any planet?

I'm really bad at math so could someone let me know which one would give greater profit? Thanks so much in advance!

EDIT: I'm leaning towards the latter just because it also boosts speed on mars meaning I can complete it faster and maybe farm gold from it(?)
