Ship day physical

How detailed is the physical at meps on ship day? I ship on Tuesday and I’m worried because I got a small rip on my hand from a CrossFit workout. I’m putting neosporin on it and hoping it will look decent enough by Tuesday but I don’t want it to prevent me from shipping out
