Pine Hills Clean Up Group?

Hello, I remember seeing a couple months ago in Troy that a group of people get together once a week to clean up a block in the city. I am curious as to whether there is anything like this in Pine Hills (where I live) or Albany in general? If not, I was considering hanging some flyers and making an email list. I have lots of heavy duty trash bags and plastic gloves and would happily purchase some trash grabbers. Any advice is appreciated!
