Why is my CPU temp at idle so high?

It’s been like that since like forever and I’m not sure if that’s normal or if it’s always has been like that last time I changed the phermal paste was about a year or two ago, so should I do it again just gonna ask because why not

I had it for four years and just now got to complaining about it lol 😂
