AITA really is it a narcissist

26 f here my boyfriend is 34 I currently have been very sick due to a bad tooth infection spreading to my blood stream my boyfriend came to bring me a few things to try n help me get better (I already went to the hospital for the infection) on his way back home his belt on his car went out n he had to get an Uber home due to not having triple A and last night he proceeded to say all I care about is myself and I'm selfish for not trying to help him get the car back home I been throwing up for days drenched in sweat constant headaches I defended myself n it turned into a big argument am I the asshole here
