How has the Jet Black Apple Watch held up?

Hello all! Can someone speak to how has the Jet Black Aluminum Apple Watch Series 10 has held up over a couple months? Mulling grabbing one for my dad for his birthday but remember that shiny black iPhone (maybe iPhone 7?) from years ago looked that liked garbage immediately.
