G5 Continuous Recording- What Do I Need?

What exactly do I need and how to set up for continuous recording of a G5? I’m new to stuff like NAS, RTSP, NVR, etc.

So I currently have a UniFi system in my house. If I was to add a UNAS, would I also need an RTSP and NVR? Like I said, very new to this stuff. Was hoping someone can explain to me like I’m 5 years old, what hardware I need, how to set it up and how I would be able to view the continuous recordings. TIA.
