What are these ?

These fuzzy white things are in my quarantine tank where I put a few plants I've been waiting to put in my main tank . I'm gathering the Java moss to put in a mesh bag because I'm tired of it scattered at the bottom of the tank . I would like a singular ball . Not the greatest quality pics but I tried with one only one hand white probing with the other .. any clue anyone ?
