Do you judge on others' art?

Most people learned basic fundamentals at the beginning and paint based on them.

But when you go to art museums or art festivals, there are so many different types of art.

Some are not really proportionally correct or not necessarily followed the 'rules'.

Let say you are a realism artist. Then do you see those types of art is not really right or see that art doesn't show strong fundamentals?

I was curious how you look at different types of art that you don't mainly work for, because my teacher didn't seem to value it much while I like it quite a lot to be honest.
