Who is your favourite artist

From both an artistic and a historical standpoint, my number one is for sure Goya. Not only did he cook up some of the most effective occult paintings, but he had an extremely interesting career. He was a puppet on strings to the Spanish Inquisition, only able to rebel through macabre masterpieces that he painted across the walls of his villa. Crazy aura
