Interpretation of wide squares and advice on healing them.

I’ve been doing research on my squares as im suffering from constant mental breakdowns and unrest. I have a lot of squares. Most at wide orb, so the themes of my childhood were harsher but not as harsh as the describe themes of the aspects. However with Saturn being in my 12th house lets me know there still. Im wondering if its the reason my mind has been my enemy lately (my ocd has flared up significantly, constantly paranoid and fearful, childhood wounds) and was wondering if anyone has interpretations and advice or encouragement.
