Can I take Nyquil 12 hours after taking Sudafed 12 hour?

I (24f) have Influenza A and I have been taking Mucinex DM and Sudafed 12 during the day but I sleep way better with Nyquil. Is that dangerous? I believe not since they aren’t really being mixed.
