Can someone help me with this circuit analysis?

Its been a while since I graduated college and have been trying to find something that can help me with this analysis.

It’s a non-inverting op amp and I want to find the gain. I’m told it’s 1.24, but I really want to learn the theory behind it, as I can’t seem to find that out myself.
