Best smart watches under 10k for 60+ parents

Really need my parents to walk more. The doctor has told them to walk at least 7-10k steps. My mum walks for 20 mins at super slow speed. Dad is more active and wants to measure heart rate and stuff. I'm looking for watches that are long lasting because if they don't last for more than 3-5 years I won't hear the end of it 🙈
