Bullying in work

How am I 36 and this shite is still happening? Im getting bullied in work, and its small things so I cant even complain about it, it would be like I said they said. And the bullies are older then me! Also Im on the spectrum so I cant get my head around it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 💜
