Do men like receiving flowers?

Hello again, I have another question.

Valentines' day is around the corner, and I had a thought. I always see guys buying expensive gifts for their partners, but I never see the girlies giving the man a gift. If the guy wants to do it, then of course go ahead, but this bothered me for some reason, and I decided to buy my husband a bouquet of flowers.

Then I got embarrassed to give it to him because I wondered if he would even like it.

I gave it to him anyway rather sheepishly, and to my shock he got emotional and absolutely adored it. He told me that guys usually only get flowers at their funeral, and a lot of his friends have admitted to wishing their girlfriends bought them flowers too. I was really surprised and I felt kinda sad.

How would you guys feel receiving flowers?
