Boyfriend refuses to touch me

My boyfriend (31M) won’t have sex with me (34F) We’ve been together almost two years and haven’t had sex since the first month we wee together. I’ve told him several times how it bothers me and he blows it off. Not sure what to do from here. We have lived together for over a year. I’ve tried initiating things but he pulls away. He used to sleep around right before we got together so I’m starting to think it has something to do with my looks and weight. I’ve never felt so ugly and self conscious as I do now. If I bring it up he says things like “is that all you think about all day? Or that he’s “too old” for sex. Should I end things?
