Equinox vs Lifetime Wall street
I am interested to join either of these two gyms for the wall street location. I do not have plan to join any classes for now but I may try yoga and kick boxing in the future. Most likely I only want to work out (lift weights, do calisthenics, jump rope and stretch) 6:30am to 8:30 am weekdays. I have intention to do sauna occasionally.
I took a tour to each place. They both seem decent. The staff are welcoming. If I have to nitpick, Equinox wall street does not look very luxurious because it is in an old building. Lifetime has a confusing layout.
—————————————————
Lifetime is about 300 per month, no commitment, only 30 days notice to quit. 100 extra for personal locker
Equinox 220 per month, one year commitment. ( I saw some people say it is really hard to quit even after one year but I dont know.) 50 extra for personal locker

Things I care about:
-better and enough equipments for weight lifting
-space for calisthenics and jump rope, push ups, i want to practice hand stand and muscle ups
-cleanliness of the gym and bathroom
-no hidden charges, (easy to quit after commitment peroid)
-not too many people in the morning (before 9-5)
-members with good gym etiquette (such as putting the weights back when they are done, not sitting on a bench for long time in between sets while browsing social media)
-clean towels
-fresh air/atmosphere

Things i do not really care about:
-lounge
-snacks, coffee, juice
-treadmills
-cycling machines
-spa

Which one (only for Wall Street location) should i join in my situation? Thanks in advance.
