Ironing boards

So I know it's not directly on topic, but presumably we all spend a little bit of time with an iron in hand. So can I ask, what makes a good ironing board? Not the PoS you bought at Harris Scarfe when you first moved out, with an uneven surface, that doesn't get high enough and shakes as you iron.

Are there actually good ironing boards? Where do you even start?
