Sephora holiday sets sale trend

Wondering if any Sephora workers or avid shoppers have insight into sales and holiday sets. Are they generally all discounted on boxing day or do they become more discounted the longer they hang around?

There are some things I told myself I would only be after Christmas if they are discounted well. Wondering if I should check boxing day and get them or wait a bit longer
