When did your children speak? My son is 4, just turned 4 in November and says 0 words. Just vocal stims. He pushes/pulls me in directions and brings me things he wants me to open or his cup when it needs refilled. I’ve tried a lot and I can’t get him to say anything. I’m usually pretty optimistic and celebrate the small things but I’m starting to feel less hopeful for some reason.
