Burntout

I'm so burntout & idk how to fix it. I started declining a few months ago, then took on way more than I could handle & had meltdowns. Now I'm doing the bare minimum, but I'm not getting better. It feels like I'm still deep in burnout. Idk how to get out of it or even to a place where I can at least be mildly productive again😔 Can anyone give me some tips/advice? Or maybe point me to some resources that'll help?
