The most terrifying experience of my life (with my BMW X5)

I have a 2023 BMW x5 hybrid.

I was traveling with my family, on the way out of Anyway, I would like to share my horrible experience with Bmw, which is a car that I really like, but dangerous and with humiliating service.my city we passed through a water accumulation, but the car is high off the ground and we passed without any problems. About 60 kilometers after we left, the battery of the hybrid system ends, and as usual the car should start the gasoline engine automatically, that's when the problems start, the car didn't start the engine and broke down, nothing worked, the steering wheel locked, the hazard lights didn't work, it wouldn't accelerate. We were left right in the middle of the road with the car stopped on a busy day, and it doesn't end there.We pressed the SOS button (everything happened in Brazil, the car was bought from an original BMW dealership) and the person who answered spoke in English, we were in Brazil, we don't speak English.The guy who answered said he couldn't do anything, and that I should call the number on my windshield. I called the number on my windshield (all this in the middle of the road).Now, the guy who answered spoke something close to Portuguese, we explained the situation and according to him, if we had insurance we should call him, as the BMW tow truck would take more than 6 hours. We called our insurance and in less than an hour our car was being taken to the nearest BMW dealership.Since then the car has been in the hands of BMW, now in my city. Since September 20th the car has been in the hands of BMW, and so far we have only received a quote to replace the entire combustion engine. I don't know what's worse, a 600 thousand reais car (Close to 100k dollars) stopping in the middle of the road with no security whatsoever, putting the lives of 5 people at risk (not including others on the road), or more than 2 months just to receive a quote.Anyway, I would like to share my horrible experience with Bmw, which is a car that I really like, but dangerous and with humiliating service.
