Anybody had there ex be with a New supply straight away?

Literally lived together and she broke up with me over a lie she created in her head. She told me for months to change but after some conversations after the breakup I’m slowly starting to realise ever reason is changing.

She is hard to be with, really jealous and super controlling, always accusing me of cheating. Every argument was her way or the Highway and practically emotionally immature. Her love was really good at times though and made me feel absolutely amazing.

Pretty sure she was projecting her emotional immaturity onto me. She wanted an older man. I am 25 and she’s 28 but I think the main reason she wants an older man or to have somebody save or fix her.

She started seeing this guy 2 months after and didn’t tell me but asked me to sleep over so something isn’t going right there.

I’ve gone no contact and it’s so hard knowing the fact that she’s probably using him to get over the relationship she had with me.

I feel like this is her cycle and when she breaks up with somebody she not long after finds somebody else.

Any advice? I’m finding it hard not to contact her
