7.62x39?

Does anybody have an idea if there’s going to be another 10.5” 7.62x39 brn180 upper? Brownells website just says “no longer available” and the only place that has them online is unfortunately a no deliver scam site. Unfortunately pretty dead set on 7.62, so any info or even an alternative to the Brn that’s not an AK would be huge. TIA
