Dealing with the mess in public

Maybe I'm thinking in black and white but I feel trapped at home due to meal time and soon have to introduce snacks. The ness is just too crazy, trying to wash her hands and face, and having to change her outfit because she spews water everywhere and it goes behind her bib. Baby is nearly 11 months now. Hoping for some advice or words or encouragement.
