tips on making an angel food cake?
I plan on making this for my boyfriend’s birthday this weekend. I’ve never made one before and the recipes I’ve Googled seem very detailed. I have heard to not grease the pan, avoid getting any egg yolks in the mixture, and let it cool upside down on a cooling rack.
Does anyone have any other tips? I’m hoping it at least tastes good, but it would be perfect if it looked pretty, too. Thanks!
