Print piece not flat.

Hi yall!! So I’ve been trying to print this hilt for a sword and when I print it flat down it gets this wavy lines as apposed to me standing it up, problem is when I print vertically, the piece tends to warp in the smallest way(only I would notice it). But back to the question, if I print this flat again, how do I avoid this wavy lines? It needs to be flat
