Does anyone else feel their condo swaying

I live on the 24th floor and it feels like my condo is swaying. water thats out seems still and dangling things arnt moving but I swear I feel myself moving from side to side and feel my balance shifting. Is this just in my head? I did run down from here to the ground floor during the earthquake. I'm sorry if I sound crazy 😅
