How can I get more flowy when I play basketball? I’m no where near a center but I get treated like one because everyone else is fairly shorter than me. I don’t want to just play smooth but also feel smooth, I go gym, train strength, speed, explosiveness but I still don’t feel like I’m as smooth as I should be. Growing into your body obviously come with age but I want to rush that process and become a more well rounded player now. How can I be more flexible and agile? How can I look less te se whilst I dribble, how can I get to the spots I want to without posting up and playing bully ball?
