Considering a Bernedoodle. Have some questions

Let me start of by saying we just had to make the difficult decision to put our just turned seven year old Goldendoodle Bailey down on Monday. Last Friday she woke up and could barely walk and refused to eat. Took her to the emergency vet and they found a large bleeding mass in her spleen. Was quoted $7,000-$10,000 for the surgery at minimum and she might only live for one to two months after the surgery. Hardest thing we have ever had to do but we couldn't look at her another day just lying on the ground not moving much because that wasn't her at all. She also had a look in her eyes like "please help me"

Obviously, we are extremely devastated right now and processing the loss of our best friend. However, we do plan on getting another dog because Bailey made such a big impact on our lives. We want to spoil another one with all of our love. Bailey made us fall in love with the doodle because she was literally the perfect dog. She was extremely easy to train, where you only had to train her how to do something a few times, and she learned it. She never went after anything that wasn't hers as far as chewing or trying to eat things. We could leave socks on the floor and she wouldn't touch them at all. She might go in for a few big sniffs but would never pick them up. I think she only jumped up on the counter once or twice when we were making food and we told her no and she never did that again. She would sit tight by us on one side and push her nose as tight as she could to us by the counter smelling the food but wouldn't jump and would wait to get a little something if it was something she could have. She absolutely loved to cuddle and always wanted to be by us. Now we do work from home so she was able to go into a bedroom during the day and sleep for some hours on the bed alone while we were in the office. Other times she would just come and lay down in the office by us. Bailey also did not bark at all and I mean at all. The only times she would bark would be if we got her really excited when we were playing. When we would walk her she walked perfectly not trying to pull as at all. Bailey loved people far more than other dogs. We never really got her around other dogs that much but even as a puppy in training classes she was always scared or skittish of other dogs if they were larger than her. Now on a walk, if there was a dog smaller than her she would want to pull a little bit and want to say hello to them. However, if we told her no she would just keep walking normally with us straight ahead. She was literally the all-around perfect well-behaved dog.

I guess I'm just wondering how similar the Bernedoodle temperament and personality are to a Golden Doodle's? Obviously, I know every dog is going to be different but I feel like the doodles have some common traits of being people lovers and loving to cuddle etc... Are the Bernedoodles easy to train?
