Question about Lonestar Overnight Shipping

Let me preface this: I am a customer. I am not seeking any actual customer service help here; I'm well aware that this subreddit is not the appropriate place to do so. I only want to inquire about Lonestar Overnight!

Hi, I recently ordered a laptop and it's being sent through Lonestar Overnight. I've seen the reviews on google maps and other websites... Do you guys often hear bad things about them?

I only ask because it was supposed to be delivered today, and... Well, wasn't. They open before I have to work, so I figure I'll just go by there plant tomorrow.
