Any positive birth stories for FTM?

I've done hypnobirthing and have been feeling confident going into giving birth (currently 35w). However, I can't help but see some really traumatising birth experiences that leave me shocked.

I know the NHS is not in the state it should be, but I'm due to give birth in the hospital with, ideally, limited interventions / pain medication.

Are there any positive stories out there which may help reassure me, please? I feel like a hospital birth = trauma!

I wouldn't be capable of a home birth due to wanting to be nearby the hospital in case anything goes wrong.
