hi so the flood control budget issue due to typhoon kristine's damage sa bicol really got me invested sa politics on this region and saw some pretty disturbing things that i wouldnt have known if di ko sinearch, lalo na yung sa 300M+ hospital funds and yung road projects that were non-existent lmao just proves that theres a lack of media coverage in that area hahaha
