I’ve got these two titanium rods from my spinal fusion, any ideas on what to do with them?

On Thursday December 5th, in morning I had a revisional spinal fusion and the doctor gave me the rods + 2 screws to keep and do what I want with and I have no idea where to even start! I want to make something fun and memorable out of them but I’ve got no ideas, maybe a cool decorative dagger or? Any advice what to do, where to start? I doubt I’d be doing it myself due to my condition but I’m curious what else could I even do with them besides toss them (I’m currently in the hospital so the banana for scale is all I’ve got for now!)
