Coins are resetting after last update?

Occasionally when I’m playing on 2 player one of our coins will reset to 0, it has now happened in multiple games. I can have any amount of coins and they’ll randomly get taken away for no reason and collecting more sometimes adds and sometimes the coin count stays at 0. Anyone else seen this bug??
