Eyeliners that are blepharatis friendly somehow?

I was using a L’oreal pen it is waterproof so it s too hard to remove and creates irritation.

I m looking for a non waterproof one, in a pen format, and Hopefully super kind to eyelids.

Im not wearing eyeliner often but do like to have the possibility.
