Why did Pashmina debut take longer than other nepo kids

Pashmina Roshan, 29, rajesh roshan daughter and Hritik's cousin sister who debuted with Ishq Vishq rebound last year and it was a flop. She was in news for her alleged romance with Sabka Ex. Dont want to sound ageist but all the nepo babies debut at a much early age like ananya aliaa Rasha the recent one but it took Pashmina abit longer. The Roshans are a known name but did she have no backing or was it a conscious decision. If she wasn't interested she wouldn't even want to debut with Ishq Vishq last year.
