What happen to guys with cg b/w 7-7.5?

Do they get intern or they get placed? I am in cse branch of a very good college. I have 7.2 cgpa and i am mediocre in skills. My communication skills in english are not that good too? So do these guys with cg between 7-7.5 get placed?
