Tapmi done
Had my Tapmi GDPI today. wat/gd: Should higher education be a fundamental right or a personal interest?
There were around 14-15 participants and it eventually turned into a fish market where I was struggling to keep my point. Thanks to panelist 1 for pointing out that a few people hadn’t spoken yet and should be given a chance. Then panelist 2 stated his points, and that’s when I also swooped in and managed to shared few pointers. During the conclusion as well 3-4 participants gave a summary.
One thing I observed was that I could already sense the competition. As soon as I entered the hotel I met a few students from the earlier slot. I asked them how their Gdpi went and if they could share their experience. One didn’t respond.. the other guy just said.. bhag jaoo ghar bhag jao.. and the third one didn't give a proper answer but clearly didn’t want to share much. It was obvious that no one wanted to help.
On the other hand something good happened too. My network wasn’t working there so I asked the guy next to me for hotspot, and he shared it without hesitation. That helped me prepare instead of just sitting idle which I really appreciated..
