Hows prep for applied math?

Ngl my mind is totally fucked up and i can't even concentrate on a single thing. Calculus nhi ho rhi hai bc and my head hurts so bad. 65 marks ka bhi kuch ghanta aata hai jaise mujhe. I totally gave up dawg. I can't do this anymore. I can't bear the pain.
