Who's the best player in your state?

Figured it would be fun to create some arguments today...

I think DE Kyle Kennard is the best player in SC right now. In 6 games he's racked up 17 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles. He's been a menace every single week.

Klubnik is having a great season but the defenses he's faced the last 5 games are not impressive. Against Georgia he threw for just 142 yards with an interception.

There are some obvious picks for some states such as Florida (Cam Ward), Idaho (Jeanty), Tennessee (Pavia), etc. Some states aren't so clear (to me at least) like North Carolina, Virginia, and Arizona.
