Bulk/cut/recomp dilemma
Long story short, I'm a dude in his early 20s. I weigh about 129lbs and I'm about 5'6". Not sure what my body fat percentage is, but my unreliable scale says about 14%.
Both of my doctors said I'm too skinny and look too thin, and were concerned. However, I have some loose skin from prior weight loss and my body fat percentage is not that low.
What do I make of this? I know this all sounds crazy but I guess I just need someone to give me perspective on all this. Maybe I'm just afraid of being fat idk.
