Dryer without heat

I'm looking for a mask dryer without a heater. Any recommendations?

I live in the desert and I run the AC 6 months out of the year. I don't want to add heat to my house and it's usually around 20% humidity here so things pretty fast, but the mask straps can take hours to dry without air flow. Mold is rare, but I rather not risk it. I could use a dish strainer and fan, but that doesn't fit in my bathroom and going to the kitchen on another floor is inconvenient.
