So I get a call from Jason at United Health Care wanting to know why a customer had to pay for her Lantus. He said her previous rx went through twice at no charge, and nothing changed on her new Rx. I look at it and notice she takes 10 units twice a day. The last rx was put in for a 30 day supply and this one was properly dosed for 75 days. And for that she had to pay 85 dollars. He told me to change it. I said, nope, she should be grateful she got away with it and beside she called this morning and complained to the tech I asked him if he spoke with her and said no. Again he said I should change the days supply. I said not a chance.And you should let her know to stop calling the pharmacy to complain about the price. Just then, the patient said "I told you he is Nasty". I then got really upset , felt violated and lied to. I told him to go and ..And hung up. He called back to find out who I was, and asked for his name and position. He hung up on me.
